  Front desk & nursing staff were great. The first doctor (female, guessing Muslim) on Tuesday soon after my fall at Shell Deer Park misread my left wrist x-ray and stood firm that I had a fracture though I had no internal pain or lack of mobility; I ended up going back to work that day with my left arm immobilized in a plastic splint & sling, leading Shell to make it a serious & Recordable incident. The next day the doctor (female black) said the radiologist confirmed ABSOLUTELY NO FRACTURE. Good news physically but damage with Shell was already done.

  My experience here was great. The lady who checked me in was nice, professional and extremely welcoming. Also, the older guy in the back who assisted me was nice and very professional. My overall experience was awesome. In addition, there's some self served green tea that was of great quality; wished I would have noted the name for future purchase. Thank you.

  Really nice and helpful staff. Extremely understaffed. Almost 4 hour wait time for a 20 minute physical and urinalysis. Hope I never have to go there again, unless they start to staff properly.

  Do NOT go here. OMG, the doctor is awfully rude. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor in my life. I had to wait ages. There were no spaces in the parking lot, and I had to park next door at the Wells Fargo. There were no empty seats. I came in knowing I needed an x-ray, the tech had to have doctor approval to give me one, and that didn't come until nearly a 45 minute wait later! The x-ray tech herself was very nice and friendly but the doctor's rudeness and demeanor did not make up for it. I wanted to ask the doctor a quick question about an burn from the oven un-related to the injury I was in for, and she wouldn't answer a quick question about what type of salve you can put on a burn. Such rudeness and arrogance! Never go there!
