- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Both Erica or Marie never return phone calls. Erica sends multiple emails but then doesn't respond when you send one to her. They are absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever had. I could say so much but just BEWARE because they are TERRIBLE. If you are thinking about using them DO NOT DO IT. Even if they give you a good rate you are far better off paying more with someone else who actually cares about you. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After reading the previous review, I was very weary about the entire experience. When I got there, I was surprised to find that the agents were helpful and positive. Marie helped me today and explained all that I wasn't sure of. Since my appointment, Marie has checked in on me which makes me feel very confident in her services. I had a great experience.
